Meneesha Michalka is an experienced criminal lawyer and non-executive director in Perth Western Australia.

Meneesha began her early legal career as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills in insolvency and insurance litigation. In 2005 Meneesha joined the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions as a State Prosecutor. For 10 years Meneesha prosecuted matters on behalf of the State in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Children's courts, as well as the High Court of Australia. In 2015 Meneesha left the DPP to open private practice. Meneesha is an experienced trial lawyer and has both prosecuted and defended the full spectrum of criminal offences.

Meneesha is an experienced board member and non-executive director. She is a Governor of the University of Notre DameAustralia and sits on the University's Law Advisory Board. She is a sitting member of the Medical Board of Australia, and a Federally appointed member of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Remuneration Tribunal. In 2024 she was appointed as a Trustee of the SAS Resources Fund.

Meneesha is the President of the Perth Centre for Attitudinal Healing, a registered charity in Western Australia. She is a highly sought after public speaker and mental health advocate.
